 Painting, drawing and reading about this gracious feline whenever he had the chance became an
obsession. Two years ago he made it eternal, as a cheetah now stretches out on his
stomach. If I forgot to tell,
Mikkel comes from a home filled with a revolutionary spirit. So as the family returned to Norway poor
Mikkel got pushed into various forms of political work and antiracist
activity. But after trying and failing in the world of
politics, Mikkel realised that meetings, discussions and manifestations wasn't really his kind of
thing.

 He
remained politically conscious but he wanted to contribute in
another way. Somehow he soon discovered the thrilling world of
Hip Hop and little by little he begun to explore his
possibilities as an MC. At first things didin't flow as much
as he wanted, but Mikkel isn't known for giving up so he
fiercely continued to practice his MC'ing skills. On a
unexpected visit to Belgium, he made strong bonds with DJ Shed
and his Boogie down Bronxelles-crew, and things started to
pick up for him. In 95 he started his first group with live
musicians. The following years he kept rapping alone,
performing only a few times for smaller audiences.
